Client Advisor

Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is recruiting a highly motivated Client Advisor for a hourly based position to join our Private Sales team. We are seeking a brand ambassador who will have a central role in our boutique in the heart of Copenhagen. You will join a dynamic and international company, striving to continue our growth whilst providing excellent luxury service to our clients around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Receive private clients in our boutique and offer them a unique and specialized experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touch points.
• Develop strong customer relationships and offer a dedicated and curated service.
• Maintain and ensure that the boutique is always ready for clients.
• Ad hoc assistance for private sales and e-commerce team.

Your competencies

• Availability to work Thursday-Friday afternoon/early evening and Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English and Danish.
• Extremely service-minded and detail oriented with a focus on following through.
• Experience within sales, preferably in fine jewellery or luxury.
• Ability to prioritize workload and keep focus.
• Solution oriented, committed & structured.
• A flexible team player ready to help where and when needed.
