Your position

In your new position as Student Assistant in Component Sales, you will support the team with a range of administrative and coordinating tasks related to our daily procurement, sales and supply chain activities.

You will gain valuable insight into supplier collaboration and the processes connecting procurement, sales and supply chain. As part of a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and develop your professional skills.

Your place of work will be at our office at Esbjerg Brygge. The position is approximately 15–20 hours per week. Occasional work from home days may be possible upon agreement.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Student Assistant, you will support the Component Sales team with administrative tasks and ongoing coordination with suppliers.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling administrative tasks, including collecting certificates and documentation from suppliers
  • Managing and sorting incoming emails and enquiries
  • Following up with suppliers on order confirmations
  • Collecting Supplier Declarations and other required supplier documentation
  • Assisting with framework agreements and other ad hoc activities

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a structured and motivated student who is interested in procurement, sales, supply chain and supplier collaboration. You approach your tasks proactively, pay attention to detail and are comfortable taking responsibility for administrative and coordinating activities. 

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies within Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Economics and Business Administration or a related field
  • Interest in procurement, sales, supply chain and working with suppliers
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Good written and spoken Danish and English skills
