Are you a student with an interest in supply chain, data analysis, and process improvement? Join TotalEnergies in Esbjerg as a Student Assistant and gain practical experience with inventory management, reporting, master data, and business processes. Working alongside our Stock and Methods teams, you will contribute to day-to-day operations while developing your analytical and professional skills
Activities
Key Responsibilities
You will join both the Stock and Methods teams within Contracts & Procurement, where you will support a variety of activities related to inventory management, master data maintenance, reporting, and process improvement.
You will be given a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of stock management and supply chain processes. Your tasks will include both routine activities and analytical assignments supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
Preparing DUET meeting reporting and slide packs.
Supporting Master data cleaning activities, including review of legacy Chemical IDs, Safety Data Sheets, and creation of new records.
Supporting vendor creation and master data activities.
Analyzing MRP settings and preparing recommendations for review by the Stock team.
Updating planned delivery times on a quarterly basis.
Assisting with inventory and master data improvement initiatives.
Ad hoc tasks supporting both the Methods and Stock teams.
Candidate Profile
Who we are looking for
This position requires a structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. You are proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions when clarification is needed. You enjoy working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization.
Finally, we are looking for someone who is:
Currently studying
Comfortable working with data analysis and reporting.
Experienced with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
SAP experience is preferred
Proficient in oral and written English
Proficiency in Danish is required
