How will you make an impact?

You will become part of a highly skilled team in Global Planning and be located in Arla HQ in Aarhus.

Being a part of Global Planning will teach you a lot of the planning process in Arla and how to balance supply and demand in one of the largest dairy companies worldwide.

Primary tasks in the job

Sales and Forecast follow up in Power BI

Tactical production planning in SAP IBP

Ad hoc analysis to support Tactical Network Planners

Maintain capacity overview tools

Support planners in preparing material and data for meetings for the Arla S&OP process

Secure continuous improvement, for instance via automation of planning tools and processes.

What will make you successful?

You have a passion for Supply Chain Management and get motivated by solving imbalances in supply and demand in a structured way.

You are currently studying first semester on your Master’s degree within Cand.Merc. Operations and Supply Chain Analytics, Cand.Merc. Business Intelligence or a similar Master.

You have an analytical skillset and is service minded.

You are a skillful communicator who thrives in an environment with multiple stakeholders.

You are self-driven and get motivated by continuous improvement.

It is not required, but an advantage to have some experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.

The position is framed to be 15 hours in average per week. There will be flexibility around placement of hours.
