7-10 hours per week | 5,000-8,000 DKK per month | Nørrebro, Copenhagen - flexible / mostly remote | Start October 2026
ABOUT HUMAN THINKING (THE COMPANY) AND CHATTUTOR (THE PRODUCT)
Human Thinking builds tools that keep people thinking when they work with AI. Our motto is Human Thinking. AI Assisted.
ChatTutor is our product for education. It lets a teacher decide how the AI behaves in their own course, grounded in their own material and their own didactics, and lets them follow the students' conversations and step in where it makes sense. Practically that means custom PDF parsing for equation-heavy STEM material, an escalation path to the human teacher, and an annotation system that carries good answers forward from semester to semester. We are a small team out of Nørrebro, Copenhagen, working with universities and educational institutions, and a published study in Educational Psychology Review found students learned more with ChatTutor than with ChatGPT.
We build in a field that changes every few weeks, and we are now looking for a top-notch student worker to make that visible.
THE ROLE
Right now we build faster than we communicate. Your job is to close that gap. You will own our outward-facing content: showing what the platform does, what we just shipped, and why it matters to teachers and students.
Video and visuals are the centre of this role. This is not a copywriting job with some graphics attached - it is a creative production job where writing supports the visuals. You will work directly with the founding team, choose your own tools, and see your work published the same week you make it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Two recurring deliverables define the week:
One short video per week. A tutorial, a feature walkthrough, a "here's what's new" clip - short, sharp, and useful. Screen recording, motion graphics, voice-over, AI-generated footage; whatever serves the story. Occasionally this may be another format of marketing content instead, if something else fits the moment better.
One story or content piece per week for social media. Published across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Oase, adapted to each platform rather than copy-pasted across them.
Alongside the two, you will help shape a simple content calendar and a visual identity that stays recognisable from post to post.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are currently enrolled as a student and can commit 7-10 hours a week.
You can produce a finished, polished short video on your own - shooting, editing, sound, text, thumbnail.
You are already using cutting-edge AI tools for marketing and creative work - video, image, copy, editing - or you are clearly willing and quick to learn them. We care that you experiment, not that you have a specific tool on your CV.
You have a good eye. Composition, pacing, typography and colour are things you notice.
You write well in English. Danish is a plus, particularly for Oase and Danish-facing content.
You work independently. With 7-10 hours a week, we need someone who ships without being managed through every step.
A background or genuine interest in education, EdTech or AI is a strong plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
Real ownership of a channel from day one - your work is the face of the company, not a draft in someone's queue.
Direct collaboration with the founding team, including our C-levels and AI researchers.
Hands-on experience with the newest AI tooling for creative work, and the freedom to try things.
Flexible hours that fit around your studies and exam periods.
A portfolio of published work you can point to.
Compensation: 5,000-8,000 DKK per month.
HOW TO APPLY
Send the following to hello@chattutor.io with the subject line "Student Worker – AI Marketing & Creative Content":
A link to a video you have made about ChatTutor. This is the important part - see below.
A short note (max half a page) on who you are, why this role, and what tools you like to work with.
Your CV, and links to anything else you have made that you are proud of.
THE VIDEO ASSIGNMENT
Pick one or more features of ChatTutor, explore the platform at chattutor.io, and/or go to chattutor.io/try-now and sign up to get full access to the platform and do your own screen recordings for your video.
The main delivery: make a short video that shows off your skills by presenting the platform or a feature. Choose the feature yourself - the choice tells us as much as the execution.
Guidelines:
Keep it short. Roughly 30-90 seconds is the sweet spot.
Any format, any tool. Screen recording, animation, talking head, AI-generated - your call.
Send it as a link (YouTube, Vimeo, Drive, LinkedIn - anything we can open).
We are looking at clarity, pacing, and craft, not production budget. A sharp clip made on a laptop beats an expensive one that says nothing.
For a sense of the kind of thing we mean, here is one example for inspiration - not a template to copy (shout out to Evertrace for the good work): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZF7LLqzRVSc
Here is an older video we made, and we're sure you can do much better! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lc1bExLCHOI
Application deadline: 13 September 2026. We review applications as they arrive and may hire before the deadline, so send yours early. After the deadline, we invite a shortlist to a short call.
Questions about the role are welcome at the same address.
