Compliance Coordinator

Purpose

The Compliance Coordinator supports the compliance team in ensuring that construction sites are operated safely, efficiently, and in line with applicable regulations. Acting as the link between site management and contractors, the role secures that all personnel have the required permits, certificates, and training to maintain a safe working environment.

Tasks and Actions in the Project

• Document Verification: Review and verify access permits, training certificates, and other relevant documentation for contractors and employees.

• System Registration: Ensure accurate registration in compliance systems and maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with site management and contractors to secure compliance with all requirements.

• Process Support: Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by ensuring structure, oversight, and clear processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in administration, documentation control, or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory. Construction-related experience is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and reliability.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

• Education: Secondary education (e.g. high school) or equivalent.

• Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
