About Our Robotics Moving Target System

What we do

We develop and provide training effect for NATO soldiers and police officers on moving threats using our robotic moving target system.

The problem we solve

With over 4 million NATO and Ukrainian soldiers and police officers carrying firearms daily for defense, the majority (<99%) of shooting training is conducted on stationary targets. However, the threats faced by soldiers and police are dynamic and constantly in motion. We address this disparity with our robotic systems.

How we do it

We already have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) available in the market. It is being sold to special forces in Norway, Denmark, Germany and the UK among others. We are creating a highly adaptable and user-friendly system that is affordable enough for small soldier or police units to incorporate into their training regimen to dramatically enhance their training effect.

Why we do it

As former soldiers ourselves, we have firsthand experience with this issue. Our goal is to ensure that millions of soldiers and police officers are better prepared, allowing them to safely return home to their loved ones.

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and inquisitive students to join our small team and take on responsibility for various development projects. These projects are in high demand from our clients, so you will immediately contribute to delivering significant impact through improved training effect for both NATO and Ukrainian soldiers.

The projects encompass a broad spectrum, including robotics, coding, mechanics, electronics, sensors, and more. You will be entrusted with significant responsibility from the outset, and we expect you to drive your project forward with enthusiasm.

You will integrate into our day-to-day operations, and we will accommodate your work hours to fit around your school schedule.

The time frame of the internship will range from 2 to 6 months, depending on the projects and your and ours preferences.

We will discuss the projects and your schedule in more detail during our interview to determine the best arrangement.

Qualifications

• You should be studying one or more of the topics related to robotics, hardware, software, mechanics, electronics, and sensors.

• The projects will involve intersections of these subjects, so you should be able to manage different problems and collaborate effectively when needed.

• You should aspire to be part of the BlinkTroll culture. Developing and delivering this training effect is deeply personal to us in the team because we recognize its significance for the soldiers who are now putting their lives on the line to defend our security.
