Build and drive DSV's global third party risk management programme

Would you like to shape how one of the world's leading transport and logistics companies manages third party risk?

At DSV, we are strengthening our global approach to third party risk management, and we are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of developing and driving our enterprise-wide programme. This is an opportunity to combine legal and regulatory expertise with practical business understanding, helping us build a framework that is robust, risk-based and fit for a global organisation.

Welcome to Business Ethics

At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of our Business Ethics team. We are a team of 10 colleagues located across Denmark, Germany, Singapore, Chile and Dubai, working together to strengthen DSV's ethics and compliance framework globally. Our work spans areas such as our Code of Conduct, whistleblower framework, human rights programme, global audit framework and third party risk management.

We are looking for a colleague who can help us build practical and scalable solutions that support both compliance requirements and business objectives.

In everything we do, we strive to live DSV's values by keeping a customer-first mindset, collaborating across borders and functions, and taking ownership to deliver results.

Build the future of third party risk management at DSV

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving DSV's enterprise-wide third party risk management programme.

This role requires someone who enjoys understanding complex regulatory requirements and translating them into practical solutions that work in the real world. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies, helping the organisation make informed, risk-based decisions while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.

More specifically, you will:

Align and standardise existing due diligence processes

Establish risk-based due diligence processes and risk assessment methodologies

Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical policies, procedures and controls

Drive cross-functional projects involving operational teams, legal, procurement, sustainability and others

Build strong relationships with stakeholders globally and act as a trusted advisor on third party risk matters

Monitor and assess emerging regulatory developments and industry best practices

Prepare analyses, recommendations and decision-making materials for senior management

Develop reporting and governance processes that enhance visibility and oversight of third party risks

Identify opportunities to improve the programme and drive continuous development

Contribute to the broader activities and priorities of the Group Sustainability & Compliance function

Legal expertise, intellectual curiosity and a pragmatic mindset

You enjoy getting to the bottom of complex issues and are motivated by finding solutions that are both compliant and practical within a large organisation.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging established thinking when necessary and building relationships across a large international organisation. Most importantly, you know that successful compliance programmes are created through collaboration, practicality and sound judgement.

We imagine that you:

Hold a master's degree in law or a similar qualification

Have several years of experience working within compliance, legal, risk management or a related area, preferably in a large international organisation

Have experience with third party risk management, integrity due diligence, compliance programmes or related risk areas

Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance frameworks

Are skilled at balancing legal requirements with practical business realities

Have experience driving projects and initiatives independently from concept through implementation

Build trust and credibility through strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
