You’ll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating across Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to solve unique challenges. Your leadership will directly contribute to Danfoss’ reputation for quality and innovation in key markets like Energy, Power, and Marine.

What You’ll Be Doing


As a Project Order Management Manager, you will be empowered to make a significant difference.

You will focus on:

Leading and developing a global team of Project Managers, fostering clear communication and a collaborative spirit to ensure project success

Driving the entire project lifecycle, from quotation to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification

Acting as a key partner in the bidding process, providing expert feedback on technical specifications and finding creative solutions for unique customer demands

Championing quality by overseeing inspections and documentation, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards for our customers

Improving our business by developing and refining the processes and tools that help your team and the wider organization succeed



What We're Looking For


We are looking for a leader who is passionate about project management and people development.

The ideal candidate will have:

A background in Engineering or a similar technical discipline, gained through a degree or equivalent professional experience

Proven experience leading a team, with a focus on coaching, communication, and personal development

Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex projects for specialized industrial equipment, ideally within a matrix organization

Excellent communication skills, with full proficiency in written and spoken English

Experience in order management is considered a strong advantage
