About the position

Crispy Corner ApS is seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of our restaurant.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, good customer service, staff coordination, food quality and compliance with applicable Danish food safety and workplace regulations.

Main duties

• Manage and coordinate the daily operation of the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate staff shifts and daily work activities.
• Supervise and support restaurant employees.
• Train and introduce new employees. 
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and food safety.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers.
• Ensure that company procedures and Danish regulations are followed.
• Assist with planning and improving restaurant operations. 

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory position.
• Experience with staff coordination and daily restaurant operations.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Danish language skills are an advantage.
