Do you want to lead and transform a global function at the forefront of commercial growth, brand leadership and societal impact? Join Kamstrup as Vice President, Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs and take the lead in shaping one of our most strategically important functions. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing Leadership Team, you will help strengthen our global market position, influence our growth agenda and contribute to the green transition through strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Here is what the job entails
As Vice President, Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs, you will lead a global function of approximately 40 professionals across marketing, communication and public affairs. Together with your leadership team, you will ensure that the function remains a strategic business enabler and a strong commercial driver of growth, customer engagement and market development.

More specifically you will be:

Defining and executing the global Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs strategy, driving growth, customer engagement, market positioning and commercial impact.

Strengthening the commercial effectiveness of Marketing through close Sales integration, lead generation, customer acquisition, strategic account development and consistent customer engagement across markets.

Enhancing Kamstrup's brand, thought leadership and communication agenda while accelerating the use of digital and AI-enabled capabilities across customer intelligence, automation and performance analytics.

Building and scaling a professional Public Affairs function, strengthening stakeholder engagement and Kamstrup's position across EU, national and regulatory arenas in support of the green transition.

Developing the capabilities, processes and competencies needed to ensure the function remains fit for future growth, commercial effectiveness and evolving business ambitions.

Beyond leading a global function, this is an opportunity to influence business direction and create lasting value across the organisation. With a broad leadership mandate and close collaboration with Executive Leadership, you will play an important role in strengthening Kamstrup's market position and supporting the company's future growth.

Meet your future team
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, you will lead and further develop a highly visible global function with strong capabilities across marketing, communication and public affairs. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Business Units and Sales, the team plays a key role in connecting business strategy, customer engagement and market impact. The environment is collaborative, ambitious and driven by a shared commitment to growth and development.

We are looking for a commercially minded and inspiring leader with extensive senior leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, developing organizational capabilities and driving business impact in complex, international environment.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

Bring strong business acumen and extensive leadership experience, with a proven ability to translate market insights, customer needs and strategic priorities into measurable commercial results.

Have experience from technology, utilities, infrastructure, energy, water or similar B2B industries and understand how commercial ambitions, market dynamics and stakeholder interests intersect.

Have successfully led transformation, organizational development and capability building, and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset. You are decisive, structured and resilient, able to create clarity, maintain direction and challenge the status quo when needed.

Are an energetic and authentic leader who builds trust, inspires engagement and drives impact through strong communication, entrepreneurial drive and people leadership.

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
