The role combines classic LEAN thinking with a broader focus on end-to-end processes, digitalization and organizational execution. You will work closely with subject matter experts across FeMD to help translate improvement opportunities into sustainable business outcomes. This direction aligns with the recently established Process Excellence function within IT, which is intended to strengthen cross-functional improvement work while building on FeMD's existing LEAN foundation.
Your role
As Process Excellence Partner, you will support both local and cross-functional improvement initiatives across FeMD.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Facilitate process mapping, Kaizen workshops and improvement projects
- Support business leaders in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities
- Drive end-to-end process improvements across organizational boundaries
- Apply LEAN methodologies to improve performance, quality and efficiency
- Help translate strategy into execution through structured improvement initiatives
- Support development of performance management and process governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders from all across the organization; Manufacturing, Manufacturing Development, Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, R&D, Strategy & Commercial Development, Finance, HR and IT
- Ensure improvements are embedded in processes, systems, data and daily ways of working
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
What you bring
We are looking for a person who combines strong improvement skills with the ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders.
Ideally, you have:
- Experience with LEAN, Agile Methodologies, and Continuous Improvement
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Ability to analyze processes and identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with processes and people at all levels of an organization
- A pragmatic and hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
- Experience working in manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices or other regulated industries is an advantage
Knowledge of process optimization, performance management, digitalization and data-driven improvement methods will be considered a plus.
Why join us?
You will become part of a newly established Process Excellence department that brings together LEAN expertise, process improvement, SAP capabilities, master data and data platform competencies in one team. The ambition is to strengthen FeMD's ability to improve, simplify and execute across the entire value chain.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape both the newly established function and the way Process Excellence is practiced at FeMD.
