Jørgensen Retail Aps is looking for night managers across multiple stores

You’ll meet many different customers on your night shifts, so it’s important that you have a good sense of the situation, can stay calm, and create a good atmosphere in the store.

Job Description

As at any other time of day, it’s important to focus on the customer’s experience in and of the store. This includes the following tasks:

· Welcoming customer service

· Operating the cash register with attention to cash discrepancies and proper handling of money.

· Tidying and restocking items – so the store is always ready for the morning shift and we can at any time welcome our customers into a nice store.

· Preparing food so that the warming cabinets always look tasty and presentable, and customers don’t have to leave empty-handed.

· Cleaning and self-inspection

· Actively participating in daily, weekly, and monthly sales competitions

· Various other tasks

Specifically for this job

You will become part of a leadership group at night - currently up to three people in total, who together will ensure operations, training, and adherence to concepts. Your main responsibility is to make sure the store always looks sharp at night, ensure proper training of new colleagues, but also conduct job interviews.

Working across the stores will happen and be planned in a fixed rotation, so we make sure everyone gets to know each other and the processes across the stores.

The position will be for 160 hours, and the schedule will be arranged in consultation with the store manager and franchiseowner, so there is management coverage for all the night's hours throughout the whole week.
