The Job
We are looking for Warehouse Operators to join AGC Biologics' GMP Warehouse in Søborg, where you will become part of a team characterized by strong camaraderie, high professional standards, and a shared understanding of the importance of the work carried out every day. At AGC Biologics, you will handle materials and products that are of great value and play a vital role in the production of life-saving medicines. Therefore, quality, accuracy, and accountability are essential in the daily work.
You can expect an active workday with plenty of walking, structured routines, and close collaboration with colleagues across warehouse and production departments. At the same time, you will become part of an international workplace with employees from many different cultures and nationalities, where positivity, respect, and teamwork are a natural part of everyday life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing materials and goods
Scanning and registering goods in warehouse management systems
Receiving goods from external warehouses and logistics partners
Storing and placing goods in designated warehouse locations
Inventory counting and quality control
Cleaning and maintaining general warehouse order to support GMP requirements
Various ad hoc tasks in the daily operation
This is a physically demanding warehouse position where heavy lifting may occur, so it is important that you enjoy staying active throughout the workday.

Your Profile
We imagine that you:
Have experience from warehouse operations, preferably around 2 years or more
Thrive in an active and physically demanding work environment
Work in a structured manner and pay attention to quality and details
Are reliable, punctual, and take responsibility for your tasks
Understand the importance of handling products and materials correctly
Have a positive attitude and contribute to strong teamwork
Can read and understand English, as training materials and procedures are provided in English
Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive training in the relevant processes.
A forklift certificate is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
A clean criminal record must be presented as part of the hiring process.
Practical Information
Working hours are either:
Day shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Evening shift: 14:00 - 22:00
The position is Monday to Friday.
This is a full-time temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 2 months and an immediate start. For the right candidates, there may be opportunities for extension and potential permanent employment.
Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement and follows AGC Biologics' salary framework.
