Assistant Manager / Shift Manager – 7-Eleven Rådhuspladsen, Copenhagen

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Manager / Shift Manager to join our team across our two 7-Eleven stores at Rådhuspladsen in central Copenhagen.

Both stores are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the position covers both locations:

• 7-Eleven, Rådhuspladsen 14, 1550 Copenhagen V

• 7-Eleven, Rådhuspladsen 47, 1550 Copenhagen V

As an Assistant Manager / Shift Manager, you will be part of the daily management team and work across both stores. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations during your shifts and for supporting and coordinating the employees on duty.

Key responsibilities

• Managing daily store operations during assigned shifts

• Leading and coordinating employees during shifts

• Taking responsibility for smooth shift handovers

• Training and onboarding new employees

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and store standards

• Ordering, receiving and replenishing products

• Following up on sales, stock levels and inventory loss

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, cleaning and store procedures

• Handling operational challenges during shifts

• Supporting the Store Manager in the daily management of both stores

• Acting as the responsible manager on duty when required

• Working across both 7-Eleven locations at Rådhuspladsen

We expect you to

• Have experience from retail, convenience, hospitality, food service or a similar business

• Have experience with, or a strong interest in, leadership and employee responsibility

• Be responsible, reliable and able to work independently

• Be able to maintain an overview and make decisions in a busy working environment

• Have a strong focus on customer service

• Be comfortable working with many different customers and colleagues

• Be flexible regarding working hours.
