We are looking for On Call bartenders to join our dedicated Marchal Restaurant team.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Bartender in Marchal Bar, you will be responsible for developing new cocktails and setting up the bar, and with a large smile on your face, mix cocktails and serve fine wines. You will be part of our dedicated restaurant team and with great style, enthusiasm and energy, you serve our guests both during the bar's normal opening hours and possibly for special events. You will be part of the 13.1% commission agreement and take part of the benefits of working at hotel d'Angleterre.

WE EXPECT:

You know about quality spirits and liqueurs, and find Champagne and wines interesting as well as you are interested in developing further as a mixologist in a professional and well-equipped bar. We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience with classic and modern cocktails. You are enthusiastic and quality-conscious, and are used to providing good service with close contact to the restaurant and hotel guests. It is important that you master both Danish and English well in writing and speaking.
