Cook – Danish Cuisine | Gredsted, Esbjerg Area

We are looking for an experienced cook for a restaurant in Gredsted, near Esbjerg.

The position is suitable for a skilled cook with professional kitchen experience and good knowledge of Danish cuisine. You should be able to work independently, maintain high food quality, and cooperate well with the rest of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing traditional Danish dishes

• Preparing ingredients and cooking meals

• Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

• Organising and maintaining your workstation

• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic

• Following food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a cook is required

• Experience with Danish cuisine is necessary

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

• Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks

• Reliability and a responsible approach to work

• Good teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment

Employment Conditions

Location: Gredsted, Esbjerg area, Denmark
Salary: DKK 30,000 per month
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
