Frontend Lead (JavaScript / TypeScript)

Who are we?

Supplios is a fast growing start-up based in Copenhagen, developing an all-in-one supplier portal for global manufacturers.

As a manufacturer it is highly critical to have a streamlined, compliant and data-driven supply chain. However, most manufacturers manage the majority of their supply chain with spreadsheets, e-mails and with no unified system of record for supply chain related data. Where existing tools fall short, Supplios is designed to manage the ever-growing complexities in manufacturing supply chains.

Our Supplier Portal is already used by customers in both the US and Europe and we are seeing a very strong demand from new customers. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to take lead of our Front-End architecture and development.

Skills & Experience

JavaScript/TypeScript Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Framework Experience:

• Experience with at least one or more JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Vue, React, Angular, Svelte, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
• Solid understanding of the pros, cons, and tradeoffs of using frameworks, with both client-side and server-side rendering.

Enterprise Application experience:

• Proven experience working on large enterprise applications, demonstrating scalability and maintainability.
• Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA), Progressive Web Applications (PWA), and responsive design.

Testing & Methodologies:

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, or Domain-Driven Design.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, using practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
