The Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join Intervalens. You will work directly with our partners on AI advisory and enterprise transformation engagements for serious organizations with complex challenges. This is not a role where you sit in the back office building slides. You will be in the room with clients, mapping processes, identifying friction points, and designing solutions that must survive contact with operational reality.

What You Will Do

• Client Delivery: You will lead workstreams within larger engagements and take ownership of smaller projects. This includes process mapping at a level of detail that surprises most people, translating between business needs and technical possibilities, and building recommendations that actually get implemented.
• Analysis and Problem Solving: You will define desired states, map current realities, and identify where intervention creates disproportionate returns. The work requires both analytical rigor and judgment about organizational dynamics.
• Implementation: We do not stop at recommendations. You will be involved in building, deploying, and embedding solutions. Automation workflows. AI integration. System implementation. The work continues until value is delivered.
• Business Development: You will contribute to proposals, client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within existing engagements.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or a relevant operational role. You have led workstreams, managed stakeholders, and delivered outcomes you can point to.
• Process Orientation: You understand that everything an organization does is a process. You find satisfaction in mapping complexity and identifying where things actually break down.
• Technical Fluency: You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how technology enables business outcomes. Comfort with data, systems thinking, and AI concepts is expected.
• Communication: You say what you mean. You can explain complex topics to executives and operational details to technical teams. You write clearly and present with confidence.
• Pragmatism: You care about what works, not what looks impressive. You would rather implement something simple that delivers value than design something elegant that never gets built.
• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field. Business, economics, engineering, IT, or similar. The specific discipline matters less than how you think.
• Language: Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
