Senior Product Owner for Denmark’s leading platform for Life & Pensions software - LIFELINK

About the position:

As a Product Owner (PO) at Edlund, you will become part of a highly skilled team with expertise in analysis, UI/UX, and agile software development. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues who will both challenge and inspire you.

You will join Edlund's product organization and take ownership of LIFELINK – our key module for efficient policy administration, supporting the entire policy lifecycle in the Life & Pensions sector. LIFELINK is the market’s leading calculation engine, designed for scalability, automation, and seamless integration with Edlund's full solution suite.

Your primary tasks:

• Lead and prioritize the LIFELINK product backlog, balancing new functionality, maintenance, and technical enhancements with long-term strategic planning.
• Ensure customer value by building features and improvements with high impact on our clients’ operations.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand business challenges and support troubleshooting.
• Drive workshops and other customer-facing activities to clarify workflows, processes, and new requirements.
• Collaborate with Developers, Customer Projects, Product Management, and other teams on refining and delivering new solutions.
• Oversee the development process from requirement gathering and analysis to testing, documentation, and support, ensuring alignment with customer needs and legal requirements.

Preferred experiences and competencies:

We don’t expect you to tick every box, but we value a strong desire to learn and grow!

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Process Consultant. Please highlight how your background contributes to driving product success.
• Knowledge of Life & Pension or financial products is a plus but not a requirement.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., CBS, ITU, KU) – let us know how your studies apply to this role.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, facilitating workshops, and presenting solutions.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Danish is essential.
