Job description

Job duties and responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and masking.

• Mix and apply primers, base coats, and clear coats according to specifications.

• Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision and efficiency.

• Ensure proper color matching and achieve a smooth, even finish.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

Job requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of documented experience as an auto-body shop painter.

• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.

• Proficient in using spray guns and related equipment.

• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• English skills: medium level required
  

Qualifications

• Driver's license required: B or BE recommended 

Salary and benefits

• Hourly gross salary: starting from 175.00 kr./hour + 11.00% in bonuses.
