Then you may be our new Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) Manager.
As CAMO Manager at JoinJet, you will have an exciting and responsible position with a key role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for planning and following up on maintenance activities and for ensuring that our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards, enabling safe and efficient operations.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applicable rules and regulations are implemented and maintained within JoinJet’s CAMO and that the organisation remains compliant with its CAME.
Your responsibilities
Your main tasks and areas of responsibility will include:
· Overseeing all standard continuing airworthiness management functions
· Managing and maintaining the technical documentation for all aircraft
· Responsible for long-term maintenance planning and budgeting
· Ensuring efficient maintenance planning and minimizing aircraft downtime
· Driving LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement of CAMO processes
· Maintaining the technical dialogue with aviation authorities
· Ensuring that the aircraft remain airworthy and compliant with all applicable technical and regulatory requirements
· Monitoring and optimizing maintenance costs and aircraft utilization
· Leading and developing the CAMO team
· Acting as the technical point of contact for relevant internal and external stakeholders
· Performing ad hoc tasks and projects related to CAMO and technical operations
The position reports to the Accountable Manager and works closely with JoinJet and SUN-AIR Technic on technical and operational matters.
Expectations
You have experience from a similar position with management responsibility and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably with at least two years in an administrative or management position within the aviation industry.
You have a solid understanding of airworthiness, maintenance and quality systems and are comfortable using IT as an integral part of your daily work. You have broad technical knowledge and practical experience from aviation, combined with a structured and business-oriented approach.
As the Nominated Postholder for CAMO, you will have overall leadership responsibility for the CAMO department.
A background as an aircraft technician is an advantage.

You have a good sense of humour and contribute positively to the working environment. You have a basic understanding of finance and a sound commercial mindset.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and communicate confidently in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
Some travel activity should be expected in the position, although it will be limited.
Please note that you must have a residence and work permit that allows you to live and work in Denmark.
