About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of major project activities, working closely with the delivery management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, develop solutions, and build positive relationships with team members.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • **Experience:
    **Has at least 1 year of experience in project planning or a related field within the engineering and construction sectors.
  • **Skills:
    **Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • **Positive Attitude:
    **Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates continuous professional conduct.
  • **Education/Background:
    **Holds a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or comes from a trades background with site management experience.
  • **Strong Communication:
    **Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Danish
  • **Interest in Data:
    **Strong interest in data analytics and proficiency in Excel.

Role & Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

  • **Software Proficiency:
    **Utilize project planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project.
  • **Data Analytics:
    **Assist in data analytics and project intelligence dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
  • **Schedule Development:
    **Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and controls.
  • **Critical Analysis:
    **Perform critical analysis and review of schedules, reports, and program management outputs.
  • **Documentation:
    **Help prepare and manage project planning and scheduling-related documentation including processes and procedures.

Progress and Compliance

  • **Critical Path Analysis:
    **Assist in managing and mitigating critical path analysis.
  • **Progress Tracking:
    **Support progress management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • **Contractual Compliance:
    **Help manage contractual compliance and prepare contract review reports.
  • **Earned Value Management:
    **Learn about and assist in implementing earned value management for project assessment.
  • **Auditing:
    **Participate in program auditing to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • **Client and Subcontractor Liaison:
    **Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients and subcontractors, and help manage their programs and coordination.
  • **Meetings and Presentations:
    **Attend project meetings and assist in preparing and delivering progress presentations to project teams.
  • **Delay Management:
    **Learn about handling delay claims and extensions of time (EOT) management.
  • **Advisory:
    **Provide support in program advisory to the project team and perform maturity assessments on clients to identify areas for improvement.
