Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience from slaugterhouse

• Has technical skills, knowledge of animal anatomy as well as physical strength
  and precision.

Job description:

• Remove bones from cuts of meat, making the meat ready for further processing or sale as boneless meat. Boning is an important part of the slaughtering process, especially if the customer or production requires cuts of meat that must be boneless, such as boneless ham, loin or other cuts.
