True Dates Production Operator

True Co. was founded in 2017 and began as an entrepreneurial journey in the founders’ kitchen, where they experimented with developing plastic-free chewing gum. The idea of revolutionizing snacking through more natural alternatives has since developed into a company that today also produces True Dates. The products are sold in more than 50 countries and the company is growing. True Co. is therefore looking for operators for newly established shifts at the True Dates factory in Glostrup at Formervangen 13. Working hours will be 21.55 to 07.10 Monday to Thursday

Your primary tasks

• Physical production, operation, and monitoring of production and processing equipment.

• Rotation between stations and different parts of the process is a natural part of the work.

• Ongoing checks, measurements, and record-keeping in accordance with documented standards.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with the maintenance team.

• Cleaning and preparation of equipment and the production area.

• Ensuring quality and food safety.

• Ad hoc tasks related to production, warehouse, and cleaning depending on needs.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment with clear production targets and requirements for tasty products, while actively contributing to maintaining high food safety standards.

• You like working in teams where colleagues help each other to complete tasks.

• Not a requirement but a plus if you have experience as a process operator, industrial operator, process technologist, or similar. Experience from food production or another regulated environment is an advantage.

• You have a mechanical/technical interest.

• You can read and understand English, as documentation, instructions, and the corporate language is English.

The work is carried out under controlled conditions, and therefore requirements apply regarding personal hygiene and mandatory clothing provided by the company.
