We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece! 

📍 Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece
🗓️ Start Date: 05.10.2026

As a Technical support agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for a big international brand 🌍.

Your primary tasks will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Recording and updating customer data in our system.

Qualifications:

- Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
- English C1 level.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
- Good technical skills.
