Japanese-Speaking Technical Support Agent - Join Us in Greece from office in Athens or full remote!

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you dream of working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries? We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Japanese-speaking Technical Service Agent to join our team in Greece - this is a full remote position from anywhere in Greece (we’ll ship the equipment to you!).

📍 Location: From office in Athens or Remote from anywhere in Greece (Relocation to Greece is mandatory!)
🚀 Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels. 

Main responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

- Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems

- Deliver a high level of service and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Native-level or C2 proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)

- Minimum B2 level in English

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with professionalism

- Basic technical proficiency

- Being wiling to work nightshifts
