CAN YOU LEAD A TEAM OF 10 WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES?

VI-KAR is looking for an experienced Team Leader to take charge of a new, dedicated warehouse team at one of Denmark's largest grocery retailers.

We need someone who knows warehouse operations, leads by example and consistently delivers results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of 10 warehouse employees.
• Organise daily assignments across different warehouse departments.
• Ensure high productivity, quality and reliable attendance.
• Solve problems, make decisions and work alongside your team.
• Act as the main contact with warehouse management.
