IT Student for Product & Technology at Queue-it

We are currently looking for a student to join Queue-it in Copenhagen. You will become part of a scale-up and innovative company that is a global leader in developing virtual waiting rooms that manage high traffic on websites. This technology ensures a seamless user experience for our customers’ end users. Queue-it has an international environment with employees from more than 40 different nationalities.

**About the role
**At Queue-it, you will gain hands-on experience with software development in Product & Technology. You will be part of a product team where you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, work on real-life projects, and collaborate with experienced developers.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the codebase
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Participate in deliveries and development tasks
• Collaborate across teams to optimize solutions
• Actively contribute to the success of the product team

You will be given ownership of your tasks and be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met. You will receive a thorough introduction to your responsibilities and have close colleagues available for sparring and support.

We are looking for

We are looking for a student within programming, software, or development who finds these tasks exciting and can see themselves in the role.

In addition, it is important that you:

• Are studying IT and are either in the final part of your bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master’s program (studying at DIKU, ITU, DTU, or KEA is an advantage)
• Have experience with C# and possibly other programming languages
• Have a basic understanding of distributed systems and internet architecture
• Are structured, responsible, and eager to learn
• Thrive in a collaborative environment while also being able to work independently
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

Practical information

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: 10–15 hours per week (expected closer to 15 than 10)
• Location: Copenhagen V
• Opportunity for full-time employment after graduation
• Salary: Fixed hourly rate, pension, and 10% flexible benefits
