La Mia Scampa is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Waiter to join La Mia Scampa's team at a busy Italian restaurant. The successful candidate will lead the front-of-house team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and help maintain the high standards of service that La Mia Scampa's restaurant is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the front-of-house team.

• Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Train, supervise, and support waitstaff.

• Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally.

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with restaurant standards.

• Assist management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, or senior waiter in a restaurant environment is required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are a must.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills are required.

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is an advantage.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required is expected.

• English proficiency is required; Danish is an advantage.
