Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.

• Ensure high quality, presentation, and consistency of all meals.

• Assist with menu planning and daily specials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

• Work closely with the kitchen, pizzeria, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a chef, cook, or similar role.

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
