ART DIRECTOR

The HELIOT EMIL™ team is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Art Director to lead and execute the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution to ensure the highest quality of creative output.

• Desired skills and qualifications:

Proven experience in art direction, graphic design, and creative project management Strong technical skills in photography, retouching, and digital content creation Expertise in styling for photoshoots and runway shows, with an acute attention to detail Experience in casting and collaborating with creative talent for campaigns Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

Defining and directing the overall graphic design direction and visual identity for the brand Planning and overseeing campaigns and video projects from concept to completion Selecting and proposing talent for creative projects, including casting for photoshoots and campaigns Researching and developing seasonal concepts to align with the brand’s storytelling Styling and overseeing models for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics Conceptualizing, directing, and styling runway shows, ensuring flawless execution Executing and overseeing photography and retouching for creative projects Developing and managing content for social media campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce Overseeing the creation of marketing-focused stories aligned with the marketing calendar Managing department deadlines, calendars, and quality control processes Ensuring retouching quality and consistency across all projects
