Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation

You’ll be part of a strategy execution and transformation setup where you, together with your colleagues, will support business leaders in delivering Ørsted’s most important transformation initiatives, working across functions and programmes with a strong focus on execution and value creation.

As a team, we collaborate closely with our stakeholders, support each other, and focus on turning complex challenges into practical solutions that make a real difference.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • co‑leading projects and workstreams within large transformation programmes.
  • supporting programme delivery through effective planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and benefit tracking
  • driving implementation‑focused initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
  • planning, coordinating, and tracking delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • supporting change activities, including new ways of working, process design, and capability building.
  • ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • communicate clearly and work in a structured, collaborative, and solution‑oriented way.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
